March's Moments
Spring is almost here and the summer birds are arriving! I saw a robin the first week of March and a butterfly the next week while walking the dog on a sunny, 40 degree day. I must remember to pause our brisk walks and capture such moments with a picture. My spring daffodills and tulips seem to be a bit later than previous springs due to the many below zero days last month. Perhaps they are awaiting their glorious displays on Easter this year which is still a little more than three weeks away. The Ram Fam enjoyed our March get-together on Saint Patty's Day this month. Eating, of course, is always one of the Ram Fam's favorite things to do when we're all together. So I got busy making some of our family favorites with an Irish twist. First up...
